After we returned to Lutsen, we began the difficult process of saying goodbye to so many wonderful friends while painting and packing up our apartment.
Lucas, Keating & Matias (May 23rd)
Zeke was a master painter - we had to paint our entire apartment back to white (May 25th)
the boys stayed pretty happy through all the craziness of packing

we took one last trip down Talmage to the train tracks (May 28th)
two minutes after we got there, Matias had to go to the bathroom, so we weren't able to stay and see a train
we always walked pass this truck - the kids called him "Mater" since he looks like the Mater truck
we had delicious dinner with the Robison's and then went on a walk

On Memorial Day (May 30th), we planned a potluck dessert in the evening to say goodbye to so many wonderful friends. The weather was awful and rainy all day, but luckily by the evening it was sunny and perfect! Thanks to Audrey for taking some pictures for us since it was too crazy for me to get my camera out.
