After all of our fun trips to visit family, we were very excited when Vera and Ben were able to come visit us here! They were here for a week and we had a great time. Unfortunately, we had heavy rain the first two days they were here, but luckily because of the winters, there are lots of fun things to do inside. The first day they were here (Aug 19th) we went to the Mall of America, Ikea and then Eagle's Nest in the evening.

The next day (Aug 20th), we went to Lake Calhoun and the Children's Museum. Our favorite place to go after the Children's Museum is a great candy shop called Candyland - so yummy!
