On Tuesday (Aug 25th), we packed up some dinner and headed to the Mississippi to watch the Twin Cities River Rats "Support Our Troops" benefit show. The River Rats are a Waterski Show Team. I'd never even heard of them before but the show was amazing! It was a perfect summer evening to be outside too. I still didn't have a camera, but they have some cool pictures on their website: http://www.tcriverrats.com/photos.aspx. They have barefoot waterskiiers, wakeboarders doing amazing tricks, and one of their signature moves is making a three layered or four layered pyramid. All of their shows are free. too Their Summer 2009 season is done, but I imagine they'll be back next summer!
