Matias finally crawled a few steps this morning (do you call them steps when it's just crawling - maybe scootches?!)! He's been so close for so long and has even been going backwards a little bit but he finally figured out how to use his knees to go forward a little bit! I was so excited since he's 10 1/2 months old already. He does have 8 teeth already when many other kids his age maybe have 2 or 4, but crawling is still a much more exciting development. I'm sure in a couple of weeks I'll be wishing he was just sitting peacefully again in one place chewing on a toy, but it was still a very exciting moment! Now hopefully I'll be able to catch it on video some time today.
