Every Thursday night from September through April, I rehearse with the Minnesota Mormon Chorale - I just finished my third year. I have loved being a part of this choir and having an evening all to myself to sing with so many other talented people! Our most recent concerts (April 30, May 1 and May 8) we collaborated with the South Metro Chorale. We performed one piece together at the beginning, a few pieces separately and then presented Mendelssohn's "Hymn of Praise." Not only is it fun to sing, but I have a lot of friends that are also in the choir and I love spending time with them!
Just wanted to share something that I get to do besides being a mom. :-)
